Ingredients: 3-4 Bananas 3 Dates 2 Tablespoons of Flax Seeds (ground if you don't have a high speed blender) 1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds 2-3 Handfuls of greens (Kale, arugula, parlsey, cilantro... whatever you like) 1/4 tsp Turmeric 1 Pinch of Black Pepper 1-2 Cups of water | Simnett Nutrition
